Medical/Dental Insurance
USNN travelers are provided with medical and dental
insurance at a very low monthly cost to the traveler. The medical
plan includes prescription drug coverage, low co-pays, 90 % in-network
coverage, and much more!
Disability & Life Insurance
USNN provides voluntary long and short term disability insurance
to all travelers, at a low out-of-pocket cost to the traveler.
All USNN Travelers are also provided life/accidental death
& dismemberment insurance at no out-of-pocket cost. Benefits
begin from day one of employment.
Supplemental Insurance USNN travelers will have the option of purchasing
additional voluntary life/accidental death & dismemberment insurance
for him/herself, spouse, and dependents at very low group rates.
Travelers will also be provided with information on a number of
AFLAC supplemental insurance policies from which to choose. All
AFLAC policies will also be offered at group rates to the traveler.
Cafeteria Plan
USNN offers travelers the opportunity to reduce
their gross income by deducting all medical and dental premiums
(and all AFLAC premiums) from the travelers paycheck on a pre-tax
basis. The cafeteria plan also provides the traveler with an opportunity
to set aside pre-tax dollars to be used for un-reimbursed medical
expenses (UME) and/or dependent child care (DCC) expenses. The pre-tax
deductions for medical and dental, along with any money deducted
for UME or DCC will help to reduce the travelers gross income, which
in turn reduces the traveler's federal and state taxes.
401-K With Company Contributions USNN offers a 401-K program to all travelers. USNN will contribute a
company match for all employee contributions made up to 6% of the employee's
gross salary.
Professional Liability Insurance All USNN travelers are covered under the company's
general and professional liability insurance policy. Travelers carrying
their own policy should provide a copy to USNN for their personnel
file.
Completion Bonus USNN always provides a completion bonus to all travelers
at the end of each 13-week assignment. Bonuses vary based on the
assignment.
Double Overtime USNN offers travelers the opportunity to earn double the hourly rate for any
and all overtime on select assignments. Double time will be paid for any
hours worked over forty (40) in a work week.
Travel Reimbursement USNN will provide travel/relocation assistance to
all travelers working away from their permanent residence.
Furnished Private Housing USNN provides travelers with furnished private housing
on all assignments. Shared housing is also available for nurses
traveling together.
Licensure Assistance USNN will assist travelers in obtaining an application
for licensure in the state in which they will be working. Licensure
reimbursement is available at the end of the traveler's assignment
with appropriate documentation and receipts.
Referral Bonus USNN provides nurses with an opportunity to make
extra money by referring other travelers to us. Ask about our highly
competitive referral ladder program, where you can earn from $250
$1,000 per referral!
Paid Time Off USNN travelers will earn paid time off during each
assignment worked. Paid time off will be granted at a rate of 10
hours per 13-week contract worked. Travelers may earn up to 40 hours
of paid time off over the course of one year by working four consecutive
assignments.
Direct Deposit Since we know that your time is valuable and that
your bank may be far away, USNN offers direct deposit to all travelers.
There is no wait time; therefore, direct deposit will begin with
the traveler's first paycheck.
